Delivery

All orders received before 2.00 pm (UK time) will be sent out the same working day (Monday to Friday). We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
Everything we sell is held in stock at our own warehouse in the West Midlands.

Orders for UK addresses are sent using Royal Mail's Tracked service; items sent to all other countries are dispatched via Royal Mail International Tracked Airmail.

Please note that Royal Mail's 24- and 48-hour Tracked services are NOT guaranteed services; if you require an item urgently we suggest using the next working day courier service which we offer to most parts of the UK, this option can be selected at checkout.

1. Shipping Costs.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically once you place item/s in the shopping cart. Click on the "estimate shipping" button below & enter your address details to see the shipping cost before proceeding.

Shipping costs are based on the weight of the goods you order and the country of delivery.

Our shipping costs include insurance.

2. Delivery times
.

Approximate delivery times are 3 working days for UK orders, 7-10 working days for Europe and 10-15 working days for the rest of the world.

These are only estimates, however, as international deliveries can be affected by various factors such as customs- or security inspections.

3. Duties & Taxes.

International postal regulations require that we attach a customs declaration label (CN22) to all items sent to destinations outside the UK.

Buyers are responsible for the payment of any customs duties or taxes which may be charged by their government when the item reaches its destination.

4. Damage or Loss during shipping.

If you have not received your item within seven working days of order (15 working days for international orders), please contact us and we will attempt to track the item.

Royal Mail will only consider an item lost if 15 working days has elapsed from date of dispatch for UK mail, and 25 working days for items sent internationally. If we are unable to trace the missing item within these periods of time we will send a replacement to you.

If an item is received damaged or incomplete, we ask that you advise us within 48 hours of receipt.
We may ask you to e-mail a photo of the damage before sending out a replacement.

If for any reason we are unable to replace a lost or damaged item we will issue a full refund.
